A member is having problems

Hello,

There's a member who suddenly couldn't see his profile or the fast reply. So I changed his profile and he could for 30 mins before he couldn't.

Now he can't check any section of the forums at all.

I didn't change anything to his profile so this problem is weird.

What can i do?

Well with the default XF installation you can see your profiles, so the first step is to disable your add-ons one-by-one to figure out if any of them are causing the issues.

You should also review his permissions:

Especially look for Never permissions. For example, if the View permission is set to Never for one of his groups then that will prevent him from viewing any page on the forum.
