XF 2.2 A malfunction in the number of queries caused by the site and a load on the database

Greetings,
In recent weeks, users have been constantly complaining to me about the appalling slowness of the site. Today it also collapsed for a few hours.
The server says that this is caused by the multiplicity and load of queries that burden the MYSQL. Screenshot attached.
