XF 2.2 A malfunction in the number of queries caused by the site and a load on the database

Greetings,
In recent weeks, users have been constantly complaining to me about the appalling slowness of the site. Today it also collapsed for a few hours.
The server says that this is caused by the multiplicity and load of queries that burden the MYSQL. Screenshot attached.
I'm having trouble understanding what suddenly happened to this problem, and I'm desperate to find a solution.

I am attaching a screenshot of the website data.
All the indicators look quite normal, but despite this the slowness of the site is appalling, and the server also claims that there are many queries that cause this load.
