XF 2.2 A drop-drown list or splash screen for selecting tags

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to have a drop-down list or splash screen that displayed all the available tags without search? I tried searching the add-on resources, but couldn't find anything relevant.

I have about 50 predefined tags and it won't grow from that so searching for them individually seems a bit poor solution. It would be better if the users saw what tagging solutions were available on one go.

@Brogan I know, it's just not quite what I was looking for because it's not readily available in the thread making page.

By the way, is there any way to populate all the tags into the tags page if they aren't being used yet? Some cron job?

Okay, so how can I add a tags page link to the new thread creation page right after where it says "Multiple tags may be separated by commas."?

I tried searching templates, but have no idea which template it is and how straight forward editing it would be.

From memory I believe the templates are forum_post_thread and forum_post_quick_thread.

You can use the browser inspector (F12) to check template names.
This template for example is thread_view_type_question.
