a collapse table - anybody know a good script?

If someone can just recommend a good script that would be great. I would like a collapse table that's open by default and that stays open or closed after you choose whether to open or close it. ("Remembered state?")

Quite possibly, although I just want to collapse a single table - not the nodes or anything. Will it work for that?

(Okay, I want to collapse my header table. I know, I know, it sounds nutty - but it's a convenience I'm used to and I like having that option.)
