3 buttons that need their own phrase

it will be useful to create different phrase for

  1. "register" in the nav bar and the title of the registration page (so we can set a title like join the community in our registration page it will be probably better for conversion)
  2. "post thread" button and the button that create the thread after you write it (in some langage you can not use the same phrase)
  3. same for "start conversation"

Upped for this because I'm hopeful that 2.3 includes multi-lingual support and this just eases the burden a bit now. :)
