2FA Enable/Disable problem

Hello,

I'm encountering an issue when trying to enable 2FA on a member basis. After entering my password and clicking the continue/progress button, nothing happens—the page remains unchanged.

Additionally, members who already have 2FA enabled report that the page where they are supposed to enter the verification code sent to their email does not appear.

I've tested this on different browsers and computers, but the error persists. I've also attached a video to demonstrate the issue.

If this is not a bug, I would appreciate your guidance on possible solutions.

Do you have any idea how to solve this issue? This is happening at some addons which is asking for password confirmation such as the Member Self Delete addon.

Sounds more like a support issue than a XenForo bug to me.

Did you test if this also happens with the default style and all Add-ons disabled?

I have tested in default style, it is same. However, I didn’t check it by disabling all adına. I will do it and share the results.

I have disabled all the addons and used the default theme. The error is exactly the same. Any idea how to solve this problem?

Just to clarify, It is the page to enable 2FA.

There is an enable button for 2FA at the Account security settings. Once we click enable, the screen above opens.
