Is that still true if you assume only newer versions of IE? (e.g. above version 9)?
I never got as far as editing the parts about IE, since (I don't know about @Shelley ) but I'm terrible for not even bothering to check if what I'm doing works in it, unless it's something I'm doing for someone else :D

I haven't played around with IE10, but IE9 was decent. IE6 was aweful, IE7 was a little bit less aweful, and IE8 was just bad. It's still not a super browser, but the major issue with IE is that people are not updating their versions, and the good versions are not available for people locked to XP (at work, we are still at IE7 for some reason, not even updated to 8).
