Fixed A few php files missing from hashes.json

Due to this, I saw a few PHP valid files (that shouldn't change) are missing from the hashes.json file.

src/vendor-patch/League/Flysystem/CorruptedPathDetected.php
src/vendor-patch/League/Flysystem/Util.php
js/devjs.php

We think this was a build time mistake so the changes will appear in 2.2.10.
