XF 2.3 2 loading banners appear when refreshing the forum

I couldn't explain the topic title exactly, but when it's refreshed, the loading bar appears as 2. This wasn't there before. What could be the reason? The video is attached.
This only happens on mobile, 2 loading bars appear.

Must be a 3rd party js lib or something

android user. how about you? i really think it's OS or browser chrome related.

Do you use Chrome? I've had the same problem with the bar and this other one with the icons since updating to the latest version of Chrome...

Has anyone else been experiencing this? Sometimes the FA icons simply won't load on the screen, even though the browser is showing the file in the network tab as "200 OK (from disk cache)". I can't seem to figure out what the heck could be causing this, other than maybe a new browser issue. It happens here on XenForo.com, as well as on my own sites.

yeah this has been happening in pwa in chrome android for the last couple of days. happens only in pwas.

I removed PVA and am using it with the normal web interface, no problem there.

i have seen at least 3-4 updates to Chrome since this started happening and it remains unfixed. I should check chrome bug tracker to see if this is at least reported there
