XF 2.2 2.2.8 p1 vs 2.2.6 p2 options missing

I've upgraded one of my forums and when looking to make changes I see options missing.

for example.
Admin Panel -> Setup -> Options -> User Options -> Enable 'Registered members' list


Here is an image of my other forum running v 2.2.6 p2




Or did that option move to another place??

Where under 2.2.6 p2 I see more options IE:



Why would these options disappear from newer versions?

Clicking advanced options made the missing options show up on both pages I asked about. I was hesitant to upgrade my other forum. Appreciate the quick response.
