Fixed 2.1.0 Beta 5 - Tables not working?

Hi,

Not sure if this is a bug or WAI, but I'm spotting an issue where copying/pasting tables generates the correct BBCode for the table, but doesn't seem to work correctly once the post is processed.

When copying/pasting a table - the preview displays the table incorrectly. This happens on posting the table as well.

When I checked the actual HTML in the raw post I couldn't see where the issue with the BBCode was though.



When editing the post itself, this is the saved BBCode:



The end of this includes the end table BBCode. I compared against a fully XF generated table (created using the editor) and the BBCode looked very similar.

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has now been resolved and we are aiming to include it in a future XF release (2.1.0 B7/RC1).

Change log:

Fix HTML table parsing if the HTML table tag has an alignment or custom CSS rules specified.

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.
