Fixed Thread reply bans modal link on ACP throws error

Issue recreate steps:

1. Click on thread ban id on delete trash icon under each thread bans page threads listing, it will open a popup modal saying:



2. When you click on the URL:
https://site.com/admin.php?threads/reply-bans/24/edit

3. The page error looks like:

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has now been resolved and we are aiming to include it in a future XF release (2.1.5).

Change log:

Remove the link URL, as there is no 'edit' page for a thread reply ban so a link URL is nonsensical

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.
