Fixed Potentially mislabeled permission

There is a permission labeled "Move any tags", which I believe should be labeled as "Manage any tags" as I don't believe there is any sort of "move" functionality with tags as they're global (plus the permission ID is manageAnyTag )

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has now been resolved and we are aiming to include it in a future XFMG release (2.1.3).
