Not a bug 1.4 Beta - Who is Online Sidebar Block Disappeared

I've done a fresh install of XenForo Beta and noticed the Who is Online sidebar widget doesn't show. Any suggestions?

I had no add-ons running.

Check permissions. There is a new permission that controls who can access the member list.
