For those that don't know, time in 32-bit systems is represented by a 32-bit signed integer that rolls from 0x7FFFFFFF to 0x80000000 (the left most bit being the sign). So basically in 2038 it's going to overflow, which will cause the left most bit to be incremented (changing it to a negative number) -- going back in time.
