I'm trying to prevent users / bots from entering url's or even better hidden url's in custom user fields, the solution is a regex. But I don't understand Regex, can someone help me with that?

In XF an attached image (originally named filename.png) may be accessed by an URL that looks something like: http://www.example.com/index.php?attachments/filename-png.34/

An add-on that affects link parsing:
If the site has good pagerank, link with a follow link
If the site is bad pagerank, rel=nofollow the link
If the site is a bad neighborhood/shady site, do not parse the link...
