I have noted that opening the section in the acp "Users Permissions" all the options for every user, aren't set as they should be, but are shown all on the "no" option. And also setting the permission from scratch for a single user in that section, the changes aren't read.

For some reason, the moderators on my site are unable to bypass user privacy settings and aren't able to view certain user's profiles. The permissions are set to bypass user privacy both in the user group permissions and in the super moderators section. Any ideas on this? Thanks!
