Adds a "bb-code mode" to Page node type, which supports bb-code and attachments, with edit history support. Page nodes in 'bb-code mode' support editing via the front-end, in addition to the admincp. The original "template" data is updated with the HTML of what a guest would see for that...

Currently, when we insert the quote bb-code, we can't set manually quote author without toggling bb-code mode and inserting manually required title. I suggest make window for quote inserting like we can see if we insert bb-code code, but with input field.

XenForo supports custom time zones in user preferences, which show post dates in that time zone. What would be great is the ability to insert a date and time into a forum response, and have it auto convert to local time based on the user's time zone preference. Eg. If my user preference is...
