I have given my admins permissions for Users as it us useful for certian thinsg such as checking for duplicate registrations, deleting/merging users etc., but I'd be happier if they didn't have access to users' emails, and esecially not be able to batch email them and especially not to generate...

So when creating a new Administrator on my XenForo 1.5.10 installation, I am unable to assign admin permissions (images can explain better than I can)
As you can see... I am able to assign 2 permissions... and they are from an addon

I would like to be able to create admin groups such as "Admin - Smiley", set permissions for this admin group and see everyone within that group inside a category in the administrator list.
There is a lot's things an administrator can do and it could be nice to organize this list a little bit...
Didn't know how to explain what I mean, and still don't...
Basically, if you don't have permission to say, manage users, but you go to admin.php?users, you still get the users page (albeit blank).
This is more obvious with development tools - the entire page loads, with all the page picture...
