Does this change when posts were actually made?
No. It preserves the correct displayed day name. Stored timestamps and post ordering remain unchanged.
Does it work for Saturday and Sunday?
Yes. It covers all seven day names.
Does it change the Guests’ time zone or members’ preferences?
No. It uses the display time zone XenForo has already selected.
Does it fix “Today” and “Yesterday”?
XenForo already calculates those labels correctly when generating a fresh page. This add-on protects named-day labels from the JavaScript overwrite. It does not replace XenForo’s live updater or fix its separate midnight rollover issue.
Will refreshing after midnight restore the correct labels?
Yes, provided the browser receives a fresh server-generated page rather than an older cached copy.
Are there any options?
No. Install and enable it. XenForo’s normal Disable action turns the workaround off.
What if XenForo fixes the bug?
Disable this add-on and test an affected timestamp on a fresh page. If the official fix resolves it, the add-on can be uninstalled. It does not automatically detect official fixes or disable itself.
