[XenCustomize] Video Game Threads: Forum & Thread Types 2.3.1

XenCustomize Video Game Threads v2.3.1 Released​

Version 2.3.1 is now available for XenForo 2.3, and version 2.2.1 has also been released for XenForo 2.2.

This update improves search stability for game threads, adds a dedicated custom search result template, and introduces direct cover upload during game thread creation.

We also added smarter cover fallback behavior: if no manual cover is uploaded, the add-on can now use first-post image attachments or external [IMG] images automatically.

Bug Fixes​

• Added the dedicated search result template required by the custom video game thread search renderer.
• Fixed an issue where XenForo full search could throw a template error for video game threads instead of showing matching results, and ensured matching games render correctly using valid cached metadata.
