[XenChef] Reader Controls 1.1.1

Reader Controls 1.1.1 is a maintenance update that fixes quoted text sizing. Quote blocks now follow the selected Reader Controls text size properly.

Reader Controls 1.1.0 is a licensing, packaging, and branding cleanup release.

This update adds XenChef license validation, adds an Admin Control Panel license key option, removes visible public-facing XenChef branding, updates the add-on icon, and refreshes the release package.

The older Reader Controls branding-removal companion add-on is no longer needed for Reader Controls 1.1.0 and newer.

License validation disclosure
This add-on validates the license key, add-on ID, and site URL with XenChef.com. Validation is cached locally and is not performed on every page load.

Upgrade note
After upgrading, enter your Reader Controls license key in the add-on options. Existing size options and user group permissions remain in place.

This is the first public release of [XenChef] Reader Controls.

Reader Controls adds simple reader-size controls to the XenForo account menu so logged-in members with permission can choose a more comfortable reading size while browsing forum content.
