Smarter Coupons, Better Analytics & More Control​

This update expands coupon management with advanced email campaigns for expired upgrades, more flexible discounts, and detailed analytics. It also improves checkout calculations, subscription renewals, coupon limits, and payment handling.

• Added Coupon Analytics in the ACP with usage statistics, financial reporting, upgrade performance, customer behavior, and engagement insights
• Added Expired Upgrade Coupon Email Campaigns with recipient targeting, assignment strategies, scheduling, and capacity protection
• Added separate Valid and Invalid coupon tabs with additional filtering options
• Added support for coupons on upgrades with customer-defined payment amounts
• Added an option to reserve limited coupon uses while payments are pending (disabled by default)
