• Can I offer coupons only to selected members? Yes. XenForo user criteria can control which members are eligible to use each coupon.
• What happens when a coupon-limited payment is still pending? The checkout reserves one use until payment completes or the buyer explicitly cancels it. Reservations do not expire automatically, and payments received after cancellation require manual review.
• Do subscription renewals consume additional coupon uses? No. Renewals are recorded as payments but do not increase coupon usage counts.
• Do per-user limits apply to guests? No. Per-user coupon limits apply only to registered members.
