[XB] User Ignore Extended: Selective & Temporary Ignores 2.1.0

More Control Over Ignored Users​

This update expands the ignore system with temporary ignores, private notes, and new management tools. It also improves how ignored content and notifications are handled across XenForo, with several fixes for permissions and filtering.

New Features​

• Added Temporary Ignores with preset durations and custom expiration dates.
• Added Private Notes for ignored users, controlled by a separate permission.
• Added ACP bulk actions to change expiration dates, make ignores permanent, or delete selected ignore rules.
• Added separate permissions for temporary ignores and extended ignore features.
• Added a style property to control ignore button wrapping.

Improvements​

• Improved ACP ignored users list query performance.

Bug Fixes​

• Fixed content and notification ignore rules not being applied consistently across search results, thread lists, and other content listings.
• Fixed partial and notification-only ignores being incorrectly saved, displayed, or overwritten.
• Fixed ignored conversations, watched threads, and forums still exposing ignored content through email and push notifications.
• Fixed ignored content appearing in category last-post information.
• Fixed ACP ignore editing, two-way ignore changes, form validation, and request handling.
• Fixed extended ignore permissions not being respected consistently across notification types.
