Adds text-to-speech functionality using the Web Speech API.
Works in modern browsers that support the Web Speech API, such as Chrome and Firefox.

Text To Speech allows users to consume forum content in audio form instead of reading. This is useful for long discussions, background listening, and situations where reading is inconvenient or impossible.

Features​

• Voice Controls: Change voice, volume, pitch, and speech rate. Settings are saved in cookies and can be reset to defaults in one click.
• One-Click Reading: Read an entire thread or all messages in a conversation with a single click.
• Word Highlighting: Highlights the currently spoken word for local voices and current line highlighting for remote voices. Can be disabled in options menu.
• Playback Controls: Pause and resume speech at any time.
• Ignored Elements: Configure which page elements should be skipped during speech.
• Batch Size Limits: Control request sizes for local and external TTS services.
