Fixed the Change User action for resource reviews and resource updates reading the wrong route parameter, causing the ownership change to fail.
Improved the bulk ownership change and guest content association jobs by wrapping each content item update in its own database transaction, preventing partially applied counter and last-post updates if processing is interrupted.
Fixed the stored username text not being updated alongside user_id when changing the owner of profile posts, profile post comments, XFMG albums, media items, media comments, resource updates, and the first post of a thread.

To fix post counts in existing threads, run "Rebuild threads" with the "Rebuild post position and post counters" option enabled.
