[XB] Content Badges: Community-Driven Awards & Gifts 2.2.0

Badge Rarity, Collections & Limited Editions!​

This update significantly expands the badge system with rarity tiers, member collections, seasonal availability, and limited-edition badges. It also introduces a public badge catalog and includes extensive fixes across payments, automatic awards, imports, permissions, counters, and concurrent operations.

Important: This version now requires [XB] Core Library. The Core Library also adds an optional xenBaker branding link to the badges help page and member badge tab. The branding is enabled by default and can be disabled in the add-on options without payment.

New Features​

• Added Badge Rarity with five tiers: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary
• Badge rarity can be assigned manually or calculated automatically based on the percentage of members who have received each badge.
• Added rarity display to the badge catalog, award dialog, content badges, award lists, and member profiles, with configurable colors and optional icon highlighting.
• Added Member Badge Collections with overall and per-collection progress, collected and locked filters, and secret badge support.
• Added Seasonal Availability windows for badges.
• Added lifetime edition limits and per-member award limits.
• Added an option to hide badges that are currently unavailable.
• Added a public Content Badge Catalog with category grouping, award counts, prices, and configurable layouts.
• Added badge title filtering to the Award with Badge form.

Improvements​

• Replaced the bundled Font Awesome icon picker with the shared [XB] Core Library implementation.
• Improved award performance by avoiding style cache clearing after every badge award.

Bug Fixes​

• Fixed credit-priced badges being awarded for free through the API.
• Fixed API delete endpoints not properly checking permissions.
• Fixed the badge catalog API exposing badges or categories hidden from the requesting user.
• Fixed badge catalog requests rejecting API keys with the configured viewing scope.
• Fixed concurrent badge purchases potentially spending more credits than the user has available.
• Fixed badges being awarded to inaccessible [XB] Courses classrooms.
• Fixed user merges, content ownership changes, and concurrent operations potentially losing badge ownership, attribution, progress, counters, or creating duplicate awards
• Fixed payment, Credits, refund, reinstatement, and checkout issues that could leave incorrect awards, rewards, prices, or privacy settings
• Fixed automatic badge rules, user criteria, and content associations incorrectly matching deleted, moderated, restricted, or transferred content
• Fixed award alerts, notifications, content deletion cleanup, hidden-content visibility, and badge/category lifecycle handling
• Fixed Toplists and Donations integrations, including alerts, badge display, links, and pagination
• Fixed XML import/export issues affecting categories, restrictions, credit settings, badge status, and partial imports

After updating add-on the cache rebuilding process will be automatically started. It can take a time to complete.
