Track avatar changes, maintain profile picture history, and let members reuse previous avatars in XenForo.

Avatar Log keeps a searchable history of member avatar uploads with stored images and change dates. Staff can review or restore previous profile pictures, while members with permission can select and reuse their own historical avatars directly from the standard avatar editor.

  Yes. Members with the add-on permission and XenForo's standard avatar upload permission can select a stored avatar directly from the avatar editor.
• Can staff restore an avatar for another member?
  Yes. Administrators with the required user-management permission can restore an available stored image from the ACP avatar log.
• How many previous avatars are displayed?
  The limit is configurable and defaults to 10. Only history entries whose stored image is still available are shown.
• Can the original uploaded avatar image be preserved?
  Yes. Administrators can configure the stored image size or preserve the original avatar image.
• Can staff search a member's avatar history?
  Yes. The ACP log can be filtered by member, date range, log ID, user ID, and stored image size.
• Can automatic avatar history cleanup be disabled?
  Yes. Set the retention period to 0 to keep records until they are cleared manually.
