Using Custom user fields with User group promotions

This helped us get around an issue with empty Custom User Fields - where you cannot set a "NOT" criteria for ad-serving because the field is empty by default.

We now promote to a specific usergroup and use that in the ad-serving criteria. Works a treat. Many thanks.
