Bug Fixes:

• API listing now always enforces reuse-picker permissions and paginates only after source-use filtering.
• Direct API read/download/delete now always applies add-on permissions and rejects disabled source types.
• Added filtered pagination support so totals don’t include attachments the actor cannot actually reuse.
• Public picker now uses that safer filtered pagination.
• Users without download permission no longer receive thumbnail/preview URLs in the picker or manager override.
• Now allows reusable attachment metadata through reuse eligibility and reports separate can_reuse, can_download, and can_delete flags.
• Now checks canTaReuseAttachmentsUsePicker() before API reuse inserts.

Users needed to uninstalled following add-ons as we have added some all of there features to our Attachments
