Q: Does this add-on affect forum performance?A: No. The visitor tracking system is optimized to perform lightweight queries, and the data is cached where possible to ensure your forum remains fast.

Q: Is the GeoIP flag system included?A: Yes! The widget automatically displays the flags of the top visiting countries. You can limit the number of flags shown in the options panel.

Q: Can I use this if I don't have the AMS (Article Management System) add-on?A: Absolutely. The add-on detects if AMS is installed; if not, it will simply hide the article-related statistics automatically.

Q: How do I get my unlock code after donating?A: Our system uses PayPal IPN to process donations instantly. As soon as the transaction is completed, an email containing the code REMOVE-COPYRIGHT-2026 is sent to your PayPal email address.

Q: I made a donation but didn't receive the email. What should I do?A: First, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it's not there, ensure your donation was at least 1.01€, as the automated system triggers for amounts above 1.00€. If you still need help, contact us via private message.

Q: How can I translate the widget into my language?A: All text in the widget (like "Utenti Online" or "Visitatori Oggi") is handled through XenForo Phrases. Simply go to Appearance > Phrases in your Admin Panel and search for phrases starting with our add-on prefix to translate them.
