This is a fully featured rewrite of my popular [AH] Social Profiles add-on.

Instead of custom user fields, we now use our own social profile platform to manage your social profiles. You can easily manage your existing platforms, add new ones, sort them, and import/export them, all from the admin control panel instead of templates.
