[MC] Forum Layouts 1.0.4

A new version has been released with various improvements and one bug fix.

• Improvement: Added thread type filter to filter menu
• Improvement: Added mc-fl-layoutToggleBar class to the outer button group to make it easier to target across templates
• Bugfix: Fix forum filter mobile modal from being hidden by sticky navigation if you have a large amount of forums. Mobile modal now uses z-index 900;

• Improvement: Added a style property for enabling accessibility labels on the layout toggles.
• Improvement: Added a style property for hiding the breadcrumb on layout pages. Most themes that include a hide breadcrumb style property, target the forum index, so the layout pages are never targeted.
• Bug fix: Eliminated unknown getter "fa_node_icon" error when FontAwesome Node Icons is not installed.
• Bug fix: Browser tab title on layout pages could display as "Forums | <Board title>" even when the forum index is set as the home page.
• Various query optimizations and cache related improvements that will benefit larger boards.

• Bugfix: Add missing 'js-inlineModContainer' class in comfortable density for fluid view
• Improvement: Per-node options for either view are hidden when card view or fluid view is disabled
• Improvement: Layout toggle for table view is no longer present when fluid view or card view are disabled

• New Feature: Cover image uploads will be automatically resized now. Made improvements to the interface as well.
