Admin CP > Options > Tagging > "Tag position in threads"

Admin CP > Groups & Permissions > User group permissions > General permissions > "View tag author"
How do users see the tag author?
On desktop, hover over a tag. On mobile, long press on a tag. A tooltip will show who added it and when.
