If currently using Linked Prefixes for Bob's Showcase:
The installer will copy over all the linked prefixes from the old addon to this one, so you don't need to go through all those options again. Just make sure you install this addon before you remove the previous one!
Help - all my thumbnails have gone
If you have enabled the cover image thumbnails feature (it's off by default) then you will need to run one of the rebuild tasks after installation. Either from within the admin area "Tools -> Rebuild Caches -> Showcase: Rebuild item cover images" or using the CLI
