Expiring User Upgrades 2.4.3 - Bugfix update

• Fix broken "disable emails when your upgrades/subscriptions are about to expire" link for email notifications about expiring user upgrades

• Allow optionally setting the user for expired upgrade/subscription alerts to be sent as (default guest)

• Fix "upgrade_title" replacable didn't work for email notifications of user upgrade events

• Allow 'extend' button even when a user upgrade's cost & recurring details change. Does not allow the extend button to be used if recurring flag is changed

• Fix "Attempted to set 'exup_excluded_payment_provider_ids' while a save was pending without forceSet" error on disabling a user upgrade

• Require php 7.2+
• Fix recurring upgrades did not send expiry notices >24 hours before they where due to expire
• Shorten various notification alerts
• Improve scalability of notifying large number of users about expiring upgrades
• Improve @NixFifity's Gift Upgrades integration. Titles for gifted upgrades/subscriptions are prefixed with "gifted" (editable phrase).
• Add per-user upgrade "Exclude payment providers from notifications" option to skip user upgrades which have been purchased by the relevant payment provider.

• Prevent errors when user email preferences have not been correctly setup by the add-on installer
• Improve installer to ensure user email preferences are setup as expected

• Fix "Extend Upgrade button" option not being respected
• Require XenForo 2.1+
• Require php 7.0+
• Now depends on Standard Library by Xon (v1.1.0+)
