Option to log html/text to error log

New Options:
  • Log email html to error log.
  • Log email text to error log.

Fix zip folder structure

The 1.0.0 zip had an incorrect folder structure causing the init_dependencies listener to error on importing the xml.

Moved the options group entry to under Email group entry.
