[cXF] Icons in Header 1.3.0

• You can now add any FA icon, not just brand icons
• For each icon, you can individually set whether the link associated with the icon opens in a new tab

• added support to display icon for X platform

• icons are now always on the right side of the header (i.e. if you are using the Container header advertisement position)

• added class for each icon for easier customization (and to avoid server error in some situations)

• added rel="noopener" to links that open in new tab

• compatibility fix

Maintenance update

• minor updates to option descriptions, fixed typos if any and other minor maintenance stuff
• no new features or bug fixes in this update

• changes made to work with XF 2.1
