Change date 3.4

There have been several instances now where I've needed to change the date and time of a post, so this is just what I was looking for.

So useful when you've moved posts and the post order breaks. Just change the post date and that's it. This feature should be core imo.

This add on is a life saver. If members mark forums read, it marks forums they don't even have access to read as well. With this, we can move content from the staff forums to the public forums with the current date and time and know that members will see it under "new posts." Thanks!
