Ban Appeals gives banned members a clear way to submit and track appeals while providing moderators with a dedicated frontend review queue. Staff can claim cases, assign reviewers, exchange messages, add internal notes, manage attachments, set case status, and record final decisions with a complete audit trail. Supports both account bans and thread reply bans, configurable appeal categories and fields, notifications, queue counts, permissions.
