Fix: Nag delay now ensures that clicking "I've disabled AdBlock" makes sure the AdBlock extension was deactivated (thanks @RoyalRumble)

If not deactivated the overlay ignores the "nag delay setting" and immediately reloads the overlay

If you have the "allow close overlay" disabled, this will force the user to deactivate their Adblock extension on the current page

Fix: Permission checks are now node-aware, using hasNodePermission() instead of the general hasPermission() check

This ensures that if you're force AdBlock on spefici forums, instead of all forums, that it will actually work as expected

Fix: Node-level permisson overrides are not obeyed and properly handled

Fix: Admin option tabs properly wrap on small devices

Fix: Remove delete files from past upgrade step that may have created/triggered XF Cloud installation issues

Update: Changed overlay color for guests to be the same red whether dark or light theme (looks best this way)
