Account Lock v1.1.0 — Settings Page & Custom Messages
Version 1.1.0 is now available.
What's New:
This update adds a full settings page so you can manage everything directly from the XenForo Admin Panel — no more manually editing permissions through the permission system.
- Per-Group Lock Controls — A simple toggle table lets you check which user groups should have email changes, password changes, or both blocked. Changes sync to permissions and rebuild automatically on save.
- Custom Denial Messages — You can now set your own message that users see when they try to change their email or password and are blocked. Leave blank to use the default.
How to Access:Admin Panel > Setup > Options > WCC Account Lock (or click the gear icon on the Add-ons page).
Upgrade Notes:
- Drop-in upgrade — upload and overwrite existing files, then rebuild from the Add-ons page
- Your existing permission settings are preserved
- No database changes required
