Aside from the fact that these changes were generally already made, I would also note "The rules here are not exhaustive and will be modified over time as necessary. Use common sense." Just because it isn't written down doesn't mean it's acceptable

As you say Lisa, some people just cross the line as to what is acceptable and what isn't, resulting in rule additions/changes like this.
