From what I understand, there's no feature to add. As noted, you can already change URLs. Please direct any other comments/questions to the appropriate thread.
Mike, he said, if you want to change External download URLs, there is no option for that. Now I tried it but I can't see any box for RM Item External download URLs change. You may also post update resource it's already okay. However you can't change External download URLs 'cause we can't see any option in edit RM item page.
