[MC] Infinite Scroll

[MC] Infinite Scroll 1.1.1

No permission to download
Infinte scroll seems to conflict with the Centrifugo live update add-on, which is a primary feature we use. Got this error while trying to create a DM to test live update functionality.

Hi, when Enable infinite scrolling in threads is selected, please also make the quick reply form sticky in the bottom area.
It seems impossible to do a quick reply on thread view with infinite scrolling enabled.

The add-on actually has a trigger for the quick reply button if you're using this. https://xenforo.com/community/resources/cxf-sticky-create-button.8234/

That's what I was using on my personal site. I'm working on a native solution though, and will most likely be a floating editor.

Infinte scroll seems to conflict with the Centrifugo live update add-on, which is a primary feature we use. Got this error while trying to create a DM to test live update functionality.

I'll look into this.

That conflict has nothing to do this add-on. The trace is contained within MMO\LiveConversations and MMO\LiveNotifications.

You'll have to reach out to that developer.

Never had the issue prior to installing infinite scroll. And it resolved upon removal.

I'm still working on this FYI, just taking longer because my other projects have priority and Javascript is a pain my rear. :ROFLMAO: Trying to really nail it down so it's seamless as much as possible.

This is what I'm going for, a floating reply bar that will take you down to the editor when its clicked on. I was messing with using a floating editor, but there was too many variables between making it seamless between desktop and mobile, along with making 3rd party add-ons that affect the reply editor compatible.

Matt C. updated [MC] Infinite Scroll with a new update entry:

1.1.0

We have released a new version with new features and improvements.
  • There is now a floating reply bar over every thread longer than 1 page that will take you to the editor when clicking on it. It has a scroll progress bar indicating scroll distance, the page number, and a play/pause button to control infinite scrolling.
  • There are now four options to control reply behavior:
    • Insert reply inline follows default behavior, adding the post to the loaded content...

Read the rest of this update entry...

How is the new update working out for everyone? I also would like to know which reply behavior people are using. The reply behaviors took the longest to fine tune.

seems to be broken with newest Xenforo 2.3.13 after upgrade from Xenforo 2.3.12

Several errors on the complete forum/site like this and only a white screen instead:

I deactivated the infinite scroll addon and my site works again, without new errors.

Can you please take a look at this - your addon otherwise is prety cool and helpfull. :-)
