XF 2.3 Image heights not correctly rendering in posts, signatures, and DMs in 2.3.13

Since updating to Xenforo 2.3.13 earlier today, images in posts, signatures, and DMs are not correctly rendering with specified heights on our forums. They're obeying specified widths just fine however. The images look perfectly fine in the editor when you set the height, it's only after saving the post that they render at full size instead of the specified size. The issues happen both with images inserted using IMG tags, and images inserted as attachments.

Here's a recent example news post we made where it's pretty obvious. The image at the top of the post has a set width, and works fine. The images of the new TCG cards at the bottom of the post however are all rendering at full size. Looking at the page source, the only thing that jumps out is that the image that works has
Code:
style="width: 550px"
while the ones that don't have
Code:
style="height: 300px; width: auto"
but I don't know if the system setting width to auto would really do this.

I've tested the issue here on these forums in my DMs, and it doesn't appear to be happening here, so I'm presuming the problem lies at our end somehow. We can confirm it's not style related (we've got an unedited Xenforo Default Style we use for testing, and it's happening there), and it's not server related (a test forum still running 2.3.12 doesn't have the issue, it's only on our updated production forum).

Alongside the update today, we also updated 5 addons, so if it's not Xenforo itself it's possibly related to one of these somehow. I'm not sure how these would possibly be causing this though.
@Xon's StandardLib (updated to 1.24.8), Email Queuing Enhancements (Updated to 2.4.4), and Redis Cache (updated to 2.18.11)
@digitalpoint's App for Cloudflare (updated to 1.10.1)
@Naz (NixFifty)'s Discord Integration (updated to 2.13.0)
EDIT: Have tried disabling all of these addons and the issue is still present. Also tried uninstalling the only addon we had that was explicitly to do with rendering images, Xon's Lazy Image Loader (version 2.8.0), and that also made no difference.

Hoping someone else may have some clue of what's doing this.
