Could someone help me in changing the things circled in red? I got the group colors working in certain areas but can't figure out how to change the rest. Also how do you make sub forums display under the parent forum? Nothing fancy, just two sub forums side by side. Thank you for your time.

When I was uninstalling an addon, it was rebuilding caches, templates, etc for a while and then my website became unresponsive. I contacted my hosting company and they told me I should restore but in doing so I will lose a lot of work. Is there another way to restart Xenforo?

I haven't found a clear answer on how to increase the character limit on my forums. The default is 10000 characters and 20 pictures, how do I go about increasing that? I use the Flexile theme if that makes any difference.
