This I know is silly. But none of the widgets are appearing on the page. I'm sure it's probably something simple. But, the only thing I can get to appear is some simple html. NVM, I didn't have "featured posts" as a widget, so it screwed up the whole display of everything.

Same problem for me. It appears they have to be active to promote regardless if you manually enable Cron entry: User group promotions.
